Pull back from your everyday responsibilities to connect with yourself and others who have walked in your shoes. Those of us who are caregivers in our personal lives or by profession typically put everyone’s needs before our own. We’re not at the bottom of our list–we’re not even on the list! This uplifting program will encourage you to take time to share (by talking or listening) in a confidential, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment. We’re all in this together.
Participants will learn how to:
-Honor and value your role as caregiver
-Uncover valuable information that could save your life
-Develop simple practices to manage stress and restore joy
-Experience a sense of community with those who understand
-Leave feeling “lighter” and re-energized
