Jen and Iris are offering a discussion/sharing on communication. Between Jen and Iris, this has been their most visited topic lately, and it occurred to Iris that perhaps others might want to be in on it. Communication between friends, partners, family members and colleagues is an evolving, vulnerable topic in a transitional world. Understanding how our life experiences and wounds affect our lenses through which we “hear”, interpret and respond to others can be very helpful when communicating with one another. Using open-hearted communication offers so much hope for human evolution that they find it worth the exploration and all that this entails.
