A full moon is when the sun and the moon are at opposite parts of the sky in opposing astrological signs. The polarity of a Sun in Virgo and a Moon in Pisces calls for a balancing of or an integration of matter and spirit, self - actualization and the birth of new consciousness. Virgo is an earth sign of the material world focused on details and physical healing, while Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac and the sign of the ultimate spiritual surrender and letting go. The ego is dissolved but perception remains. It is the perception of Oneness. During this meditation we will focus on surrender, for instance, we float when we surrender our bodies to the water. We will also spend some time in quiet contemplation of the sounds of dolphins and whales.
